What shipping methods are available?
For national orders, we use Correios (PAC or SEDEX) or Jadlog.
FedEx is our international courier. The shipping fee of your order depends on the weight of your order and the country you live in.
Where can I quote my shipping fee?
You can find the shipping fee at the checkout cart. You don’t need to place your order to quote your shipping fee.
Where can I track my order?
We’ll send an email containing your tracking code as soon as your order is posted. You can also find the tracking code on your account page.
The courier we use for international orders is FedEx.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide, but you can also find our pens with our resellers, listed below.
